ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — A suspect rammed an Adams County (ACSO) deputy’s car, setting up a pursuit Wednesday early morning.
ACSO deputies situated a required motor vehicle, a white Mitsubishi sedan, in the 5500 block of Federal Boulevard, according to Sgt. Adam Sherman with ACSO.
Sherman claimed once deputies pulled driving the suspect vehicle, the driver put the auto in reverse and strike the deputy’s automobile just before driving away.
A pursuit began in between the suspect and deputies, Sherman explained. The suspect automobile strike a end indication around West 49th Avenue and Meade Avenue, according to ACSO.
The pursuit was called off as soon as the suspect got onto Interstate 70 going the mistaken way, Sherman said.
No accidents were reported in the incident and the suspect car or truck has not been located, in accordance to Sherman.
